Greetings! I was reading a "Beginner's Guide To Accelerometers" at this web address: http://www.dimensionengineering.com/accelerometers.htm It mentions: "Both PIC and AVR datasheets specify that for A-D conversion t= o work properly, the connected device must have an output impedance under 1= 0k=D9. Unfortunately, Analog Devices' analog accelerometers have an output = impedance of 32k=D9". Point being, I was considering purchasing an accelerometer breakout which m= akes use of an Analog Device accelerometer with analog output. Is there any= merit in this warning: has anybody actually ever had difficulty feeding an= alog output directly into a robostix ADC channel?=20 Cheers IMPORTANT: This email remains the property of the Australian Defence Organi= sation and is subject to the jurisdiction of section 70 of the CRIMES ACT 1= 914.
