Both of those program are compiled for the gumstix.

If you're building microwindows for the gumstix, then you're using the
same cross-compiler that's used to build everything that runs on the
gumstix.

I'm not sure what the "another process" you're referring to is? Linking?

What environment are you using to build microwindows?
