Hi , =20 After compiling the Buildroot successfully with default configurations, we tried to connect the mother board and usb board with our host Linux pc with usb cable. But we could not communicate using this connection. We execute the following command: =20 cd <gumstix-buildroot> cd build_arm_nofpu cd linux-<the version of linux you're using> make ARCH=3Darm CROSS_COMPILE=3D`pwd`/../staging_dir/bin/arm-linux- menuconfig make ARCH=3Darm CROSS_COMPILE=3D`pwd`/../staging_dir/bin/arm-linux- ( we = got the following error : arm-linux-gcc NOT FOUND, no such file or directory) cd <gumstix-builtroot> make =20 We are not using any external power( 4v adapter) assuming USB is going to take the required power from the host pc. =20 Please suggest to proceed further. =20 //Tarani=20 |
