Atmega will run on 5V I will have other Devices with TTL communication going into the Atmega. The voltage Regulator you gave me the link to goes to 4V, doesn't Gumstix run on 3.3 ? Are the V_batt pins on the 60 pin connector the actual power pins for Gumstix (i am using Connex400 - no power supply Jack on it) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dave Hylands" <dhy...@gm...> To: "General mailing list for gumstix users." <gum...@li...> Sent: Thursday, November 23, 2006 5:10 PM Subject: Re: [Gumstix-users] Gumstix Power and Custom Design > Hi Demetris, > >> I have a 24 Volt switching power supply with allot of hardware , h-bridge >> control, DC motors and other hardware hoocked up to it, i want to power >> Gumstix from that power supply, >> >> Should i use a normal Voltage regulators for that or use the Fast,Low >> Noise,LDO voltage regulator ?
