[Gumstix-users] Question about 10k pullup resistor

Hi folks,

I have a problem with Gumstix+Robostix.
I am trying to use those without console.
So I need to put 10k resistor between RX and 5+ at FFUART(Gumstix port).

When I use my old Robostix(R341), there was no problem.
It starts up, and I can see red light flashing(I installed i2c-Bootloader)
But if I use my new Robostix(R790), it can start uo. No flashing.

I checked two Robostixs, and layout looks little bit different.
But it looks just wiring change.
Also no jumper at new Robostix(R790).

There are no comment about R790's pullup resistor at docwiki.
Any difference on R790 ?
