I've been reading documentation on fuse bits and apparently things go terribly wrong if they are set incorrectly. Unfortunately I can't retrieve exactly what I set them to (I was fairly confident I had set them to the values indicated on the wiki, but i may have type in an error). If you know any ways to reset the fuse bits, maybe I could get it working by just reentering the values they should be.
