The A/D on there is coming through the UCB1400. So you'll want to grab the datasheet for that to get the register addresses on the ac97 bus: http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/UCB1400-02.html Then you'll need to tack something onto the ac97 driver, probably most easily in the style of the ucb1400-touchscreen driver which is in linux/drivers/mfd/ucb1x00* which will let you read from those A/D registers on the ucb1400.
