Hi, I've got exact same problem. Everything seems to work fine while booting Bluetooth: HCI device and connection manager initialized Bluetooth: HCI socket layer initialized Bluetooth: HCI UART driver ver 2.1 Bluetooth: HCI H4 protocol initialized /dev/ttyS3 hcidBluetooth: L2CAP ver 2.7 Bluetooth: L2CAP socket layer initialized sdpdBluetooth: RFCOMM ver 1.5 Bluetooth: RFCOMM socket layer initialized Bluetooth: RFCOMM TTY layer initialized rfcommBluetooth: BNEP (Ethernet Emulation) ver 1.2 Bluetooth: BNEP filters: protocol multicast pand. After checkout bluetooth modules # hciconfig hci0: Type: UART BD Address: 00:00:00:00:00:00 ACL MTU: 0:0 SCO MTU: 0:0 DOWN RX bytes:0 acl:0 sco:0 events:0 errors:0 TX bytes:4 acl:0 sco:0 commands:1 errors:0 when I tried to start up bluetooth module I receive a connection timeout # hciconfig hci0 up Can't init device hci0: Connection timed out (110) I've got a basix 400-bt bought last April. Everything worked fine but something pushed me to reflash to the newest linux image and everything crashed. Bluetooth module on my waysmall is Infineon ROK 104 001/2 R1A.
