Well, they basically can, but the 15% restocking fee is subject to the product not having been used or opened, so we can resell it again as "new". And they'd have to pay for shipping twice (once for the old board, once for the new board) -- so that's why I doubt anyone would want to do it -- the ability to look at your old audiostix for 21 days inside its pink envelope/crystal case without using it or opening it doesn't seem worth the price of shipping :) C |
