One tip: Make sure to get a tracking number for your shipment. Since the gumstix guys are spread out over various locations, my gumstix got lost in the shuffle for a few weeks, and then mysteriously showed up one day, just after I had filed a claim with the USPS! Yeah, sorry about that Nik. We have now improved our internal order management process for managing boards coming to us, from customers, for re-flashing and for RMA issues. Hopefully, this will cause us to keep better track and be more responsive on these issues.
