My solution was to drive the RTS line for my connecting device by toggling GPIO47 via interconnecting ICL2234 IC to change ttl levels into rs-232 levels. I then modified the code for the field device ( RTS calls ) to toggle the GPIO I am happy to report this works well. Thanks again for all of your help ! Paul |
