Thanks, Dave for the reply. What exactly is a "via" and how big is it. Also, is there a data sheet for the tweener? I couldn't find anything on the schematics wiki page. Thanks again. Is there any combination of boards wh= ich > would give me fullsize PWM, LCD, IR, and BTUART access via pins or thru > holes? Thanks in advance for your help. I'll answer what I know. Currently, the RoboStix "borrows" some of the LCD lines to provide various control features (like controlling the voltage regulators, the RESET line, etc), so you'll have some troubles there. I took a quick look at the schematic and these are the 4 lines lines are used: L_DD11 - IRQ to allow RoboStix to interrupt gumstix. L_DD12 - Enable for voltage regulators L_DD14 - Enable for 245 voltage converters L_DD15 - Reset line to ATMega 128 The one board that gives access to ALL of the hirose signals through vias is the Tweener board. There is a via for each signal, since they all have to go from the top side to the bottom side of the board. -- Dave Hylands Vancouver, BC, Canada http://www.DaveHylands.com/ ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
