#133 wxWidgets 3.0 support

I've been told you're planning to switch from wx to Qt, but we're trying to migrate Debian to wxWidgets 3.0 before the next release which freezes on November 5th, so Damyan Ivanov and I have made the necessary updates to get guayadeque working with wx3.

I've attached the patch in case it's useful to you, and so that it's in an obvious place for any other packagers looking for wx3 support.

There's one known minor visual issue - the search controls are not quite tall enough, so the descenders of "y", "g", etc are cut off. This is a bug in wx itself, which I've reported upstream and has already been fixed on trunk:

Hopefully the fix for that will be backported before wxWidgets 3.0.2 is released, but guayadeque is usable despite it.
