Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nick Tarleton (nickptar) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Infinite loop Initial Comment: I am using the binary rpms on Mandriva 2006.0. When I use the source, I get the insta-segfault problem previously described. When I start tiemu, it lets me select an image, then briefly flashes the calculator display, then goes into a loop repeating the same output over and over again. Sample: [nick@laptop pc]$ tiemu TiEmu II - Version 2.80 (C) Romain Lievin & Thomas Corvazier 2000-2001 (C) Romain Lievin 2001-2003 (C) Julien Blache 2003 (C) Romain Lievin 2004-2005 (C) Romain Lievin & Kevin Kofler 2005 THIS PROGRAM COMES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY PLEASE READ THE DOCUMENTATION FOR DETAILS Configuration file not found, use default values. The problem wasn't library version, but Tcl version; Mandriva's tcl is apparently incompatible. It works if I put /usr/local/bin first in the PATH. -- nickptar, too lazy to sign in ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nick Tarleton (nickptar) Date: 2005-11-14 12:14 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=437942 Yeah, probably. I have glib 2.8.1 and gtk 2.8.3. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Kevin Kofler (kevinkofler) Date: 2005-11-13 19:32 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=573515 Maybe a library version mismatch? The binary RPM has been built and tested on Fedora Core 4, there is no guarantee that it will work on Mandriva. Or it could be a different manifestation of the same issue as the insta-segfault. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=377680&aid=1356242&group_id=23169 |
