Summary: tilp on the command line

Initial Comment:
I try to send files to tiemu with the command line. It
refuses every files with : "Type de fichier inconnu."
If I do it with the gui, the files are send and received.

I use :
tilp : 6.79
libticables :  3.9.4
libticalcs : 4.6.1
libtifiles : 0.6.6
