I've just released a set of scripts and instructions to bring gtkpod and
iPodScrobbler together, so that when you sync your iPod with gtkpod your
latest-played songs get sent to last.fm.

By the way, does anybody know if there's a command line tool that merges
the "Play Count" file into iTunesDB? Could this be added as a command
line option to gtkpod? Or just a libgpod-based tool? Please? 

I'm thinking of making a script that runs iPodScrobbler and then merges
the playcounts into iTunesDB, so that it could be automatically run by
hotplug/udev on the background everytime the iPod is plugged to the
computer.
