First off awesome program thanks to the developers I just transfered a couple hundred songs onto my iPod Touch but gtkpod had a random error after completing the transfer but before it updated the database. How can I delete the files that are not in the database automatically. I know they are there because when I mount the file system and go to /media/ipod/iTunes_Control/Music I can use nautilus to read the id3 tags and find some of them. Unfortunately the files are renamed generically so short of checking every id3 tag manually I will never get rid of them all. Also when I try to add a cover to anything it seems to work and gtkpods cover flow show the cover but the ipod never works and just shows the generic. Does the picture have to have specific settings for it to work? I am using a svn pull from today of libgpod and gtkpod Sorry for any stupid questions but this is my first Apple product and I just got it yesterday. Also I am single booting Linux so any fixes should be aimed that way. (I borrowed a Windows laptop to initialize and jailbreak my iTouch) |
