Hi everyone, I've been wondering what would be the best way to add podcasts to the database once they are downloaded. Probably we should have a local store (similar to 'Local' but named 'Podcasts') where we add them -- just like in iTunes, rather than using the 'Podcast' playlist in 'Local' that I have set up right now. Using a local store would give us much more flexibility in case someone or we want to add more local stores ('Local', 'Paid', 'Own', 'Audiobooks?'...). We would set the type of the store to 'PODCASTS' and add a function 'get_podcast_itdb' to get this store. Each connected iPod could have its own preferences as to which available podcasts should be synced. If you think this is the way to go, I'll set up the infrastructure, and also look into extending the Drag-and-Drop to recognize and handle the podcast store (should we allow drags from the podcast store to non-podcast playlists, e.g.?).
