[Gtkpod-questions] Recovering/recreating itunesdb.ext?

I was using gpodder a little overzealously, and since gtkpod didn't know about the itunesdb modifications, the .ext file no longer matched, and gtkpod doesn't have information on that any more.

Is there some way to recreate it short of going through all 4000 tracks and editing their details?  I didn't see anything in the docs, but here's hoping anyway.
