[Gtk2hs-users] Convering tutorial to pandoc

Hello gtk2hs-users,

we have said in may about russian translation of Tutorial, and it was
said that it is much better to convert it to pandoc format first

later i looked into pandoc and afaiu, it's much less work than
translation itself. so i'm ready to make this conversion too

if you can help me by giving a plan of this work, it would be great
