Shut gtk-gnutella down.
Delete hosts, hosts.orig, ultras, ultras.orig from ~/.gtk-gnutella.
Restart gtk-gnutella.

The feature is only disabled in so far that the default settings make
it ineffective. You can still use the feature by setting the values
appropriately.
