ReportedBy: sp...@gm... QAContact: gst...@li... GNOME version: Unspecified GNOME milestone: Unspecified Please describe the problem: When I add the 'volume' plugin into my pipeline with a 11025Hz wav file, gst_element_set_state returns GST_STATE_CHANGE_ASYNC. If I wait for it to complete, it never does. Steps to reproduce: Well, on my machine you could run gst-launch filesrc location=/home/sfink/Content/sounds/applause.wav ! wavparse ! volume ! alsasink I'll attach the wav file. Actual results: Setting pipeline to PAUSED ... Pipeline is PREROLLING ... (never finishes) Expected results: Setting pipeline to PAUSED ... Pipeline is PREROLLING ... Pipeline is PREROLLED ... Setting pipeline to PLAYING ... etc. Does this happen every time?
