Not even Real's own 'RealPlayer 10 for Linux' will play it. I don't know what kind of this file is, but it looks just broken. Len - if you know any player on any operating system that can play this, = please re-open the bug and let us know. There is a (very small) possibility that the original is in fact an mp3 f= ile and there's a very large realmedia tag of some sort (image data, whatever= ) between the ID3 tag and the mp3 data. If that realmedia data was more tha= n ~450kB in size, we might not recognise the file right with a 900kB snippe= t. If this is the case and the really is mpeg audio data somewhere then we shou= ld be able to recognise this now with an up-to-date core (0.10.4), -base (0.10.= 5) and gst-plugins-good from CVS. Feel free to e-mail me the whole file so I can check whether that's the c= ase or not (although I somehwhat doubt it). Closing the bug, as there isn't much more we can do about this for now. --=20 Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=3Demail ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
