In the "Content" result display there should be an option to enable a path column (like in "Files" display). Alternative, to avid much redundant text and "waste" of space on the screen, an additional line for each file with some special marker in "Line" column and the path in the Text column before the lines with the matches would also give the needed information.
I just recognized that the "Path" column is there in the last grepWin version 1.6.12, but it's not working as expected: After click to the "Path" column header (to sort by path), the "Path" column is empty (see screen shot).
