#28 TIFF to PDF CCITT compression fails

All I get is empty pages. I'll try further with
different images when i get my hand on them. as far as
i know the tiff files are already in CCITT G4 format.

Commandline :
gm convert sf000183.TIF -compress fax sf000183_fax.pdf

    I have verified that GraphicsMagick creates a FAX TIFF for inclusion in the PDF but the inclusion seems to be failing.

    This bug is fixed in the CVS 1.1 branch and HEAD versions and the fix will be included in the next GraphicsMagick release.
