I would like to reach a consensus on the partition plugin. It is=20
currently under the Report menu and I think this is seriously=20
misleading. I would like one of the following resolutions:

 1. Removing this plugin from the released version
  or
 2. Placing it under the File->Export menu

The choice between 1 and 2 depends on whether the current state of the=20
plugin seems reasonable for the stable release. IMHO it's a bit=20
experimental, and if anything it will confuse the majority of the users.

This is not to say that it's useless -- just not polished enough it=20
seems to me. The reason I want to decide it at this point is that its=20
removal would affect translatable strings.=20
