Steve, I have not been able to reproduce this. What is happening is that a reference to a source still exists in the index tables, but the source itself appears to have been deleted. I can't find anything that would cause this situation. I have added a check to the code to look for this situation where it was detected and caused the traceback (during the writing of the file), and I think the check should repair the database. It will now pop open an error dialog and provide you with more information. If you can provide anymore information on what you were doing to sources, it would be a big help. The changes should be in the next patch release.
