Thanks Nick I've been doing some stuff with the invaluable assistance of Ron Johnson to fix a Graphviz issue and that may have resolved my problem. However, I suspect I have a data error in the data I brought across from TMG using tmg2gramps which causes the freezing. More work to be done. Many thanks, by the way, to Peter who gave me a lot of very valuable help in working through the tmg2gramps exercise. I will report further ...
