I wonder what is the correct way to ensure that the right SVN properties 
get automatically
set up when I add a new file in git and then do a git svn dcommit?

git-svn (version 1.8.1.2 here in my ubuntu raring dev virtualbox) 
doesn't support propset yet :-(
