So for example, if I visit the National Archives in Kew, I create a repository called "National Archives". To order a document, I need a reference which I can look up in the catalogue. When I create a source for the document, I use the title from the catalogue. When I add the repository to the source, I use the reference for the call-number and select the appropriate media type. Since I am looking at an original document, it can only be in one repository. I am assuming that if the repository name and call-number are in the source template they will be populated automatically. I don't want to duplicate the data. Do I understand this correctly? Nick. |
