I should say that if you've found the item you should see the small preview picture at the side; if not, it will still show an "X". If so, you might have had more than one copy of the item and have been pointing to the wrong one previously - scroll down a bit further. Or, the viewer that gramps uses may not be able to display the image - images with the extensions .jpg or .png should be OK; with other extensions you're not certain. Note that Gramps may not be using Document Viewer. Doug |
