Hans, There is an option in Edit-> Preferences -> Display tab There you see the Name format entry at the top. Changing the name display changes sorting in the views (restart might be needed it seems). Default is Primary, which puts prefix before the surname. The long option in th ename formats is what you want, so the one starting with Primary[sur] and ending with Primary[pre], which indicates the prefix is at the back. That very long version of the name format is actually the most international one. If you only want some people having that ordering, in the person editor, you can click edit button after the name to open the name editor. There you can set sort name format and display name format different from the one in the preference, so as to handle specific cultures.
