[Gramps-users] Filter then export as GEDCOM

Some questions arise from trying to extract a file of selected persons from
my master file and for which I have not been able to find answers in the
Gramps Help documentation:

1 Does the export assistant person filter require the name to be "Surname,
Given" or "Given Surname" in order to extract the ancestors of the named
person?

2 The export assistant provides a drop-down box containing all previously
used filter criteria. Because I have had difficulty with getting the desired
result from this tool, I've got quite a few. How can I remove them from the
drop-down?

3 Each time I have tried this tool, it has included people who are clearly
not "ancestors". What am I doing to cause this? Specifically, I am trying to
extract my uncles ancestors, but find myself (and some others who are not my
uncles ancestors) in the list.
