Hello, I was running Gramps 3.1.1-1 on Kubuntu 8.04. I wanted to upgrade to the new Gramps 3.2.2-1 but couldn't do it by using a .deb file on the 8.04 operating system. Besides keeping current on upgrades I wanted to try out the new NAVWEB generator in Gramps, so I installed Ubuntu 10.04 on a spare disk, downloaded the Gramps 3.2.2-1 .deb, and used a .gramps file from Gramps 3.1.1-1 to get things going. When I try to generate a NAVWEB file set, with everyone in it, by using the new Gramps, it crashes and I get the following message: 4988309: ERROR: _ReportDialog.py: line 640: Failed to run report. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/share/gramps/ReportBase/_ReportDialog.py", line 615, in report MyReport.write_report() File "/usr/share/gramps/plugins/webreport/NarrativeWeb.py", line 5238, in write_report self.person_pages(ind_list, place_list, source_list) File "/usr/share/gramps/plugins/webreport/NarrativeWeb.py", line 5374, in person_pages IndividualPage(self, self.title, person, ind_list, place_list, source_list) File "/usr/share/gramps/plugins/webreport/NarrativeWeb.py", line 3697, in __init__ sect7 = self.display_additional_images_as_gallery(media_list, self.person) File "/usr/share/gramps/plugins/webreport/NarrativeWeb.py", line 1411, in display_additional_images_as_gallery photolist.remove(photo) ValueError: list.remove(x): x not in list This did not happen with Gramps 3.1.1-1. I cleaned out all unused objects and ran the "Check and Repair Data Base" program until no errors appeared from it. This did not help the crash problem when generating the NAVWEB file set. I found that I can generate NAVWEB files when certain tree members are designated as the filter person and I use either the "ancestors only" or the "descendants only" option. For myself as the filter person, I can do "descendants only" but not "ancestors only". There appears to be a problem with one of my parent's data, but the problem could also be in another person's data. I can't isolate exactly whose data might be causing the problem. Any suggestions ?
