This is a (relatively) frequently-asked question. There is no SQL access to the GRAMPS data available. I know there are some Berkeley DB tools available which can "dump" the data, but I've never tried so I don't know how usable the information will be, or even the format the data. Take a look at: "http://www.gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php?title=Recover_corrupted_grdb#The_environment_is_lost". That wiki page was written for a different purpose, but this is where the Berkeley DB tool db4.4_dump is mentioned.
