[Gramps-devel] New 'widgets' package

A long time pending issue is to reorganize gramps widgets, now
included in GrampsWidgets module, into a 'widgets' package containing
smaller modules (each with one or a few widgets).

As I had to create a few more custom widgets for the styled text
editor I feel the time has just arrived not to go around this
reorganization.

Any objection?
