[Gramps-devel] 2.3 bug project, first bug resize notes window

Don started a 2.3 project on the bug tracker.

I added a first bug: http://bugs.gramps-project.org/view.php?id=1024
Perhaps some people can test on different systems, listing python and python-gtk
version, as apparently not all people can reproduce this.

Note that 2.3 is under heavy development, so crashes/bugs are still normal. So
don't submit immediately for 2.3
