This is a bug in SVG output by graphviz (Tsvg) - so until it's fixed the solution is not to use SVG output (the most suitable format...) http://www.graphviz.org/bugs/b828.html A workaround which works for me is to produce a dot file with fontsize=12 and then run -Tsvg and open the svg file with a text editor (it's plain text) and search for "font-size:12.00pt;" and replace this with "font-size:8.00pt;". Play around a bit to get boxes with space for the final fontsize you prefer. I have emailed this workaround to the graphviz bug-list. Duncan |
