Gerald, I swear, you must be psychic! This was added to development version yesterday. The problem is that the enter works if num lock is not on. If num lock is on, enter in GRAMPS (linux) does not work, as linux considers numlock a modifier key like ctrl, ... So expect it in 2.2.7, or if you don't need the numpad, switch of numlock for now. This was not catched earlier as in the usa, people apparently mostly use the keyboard for numbers (the same reason linux does normally not start with numlock on, and it is one of those settings you must hunt in the system settings to activate ... people still wonder why linux uptake is so low in europe :-)) Benny Quoting Gerald Britton <ger...@gm...>: > I regularly switch between gramps on windows and linux.
