Marty, please file a bug at http://bugs.gramps-project.org/ if you can reproduce the SISEGV error or if it keeps happening. The developers can then contact you to try to resolve this issue with you. Do not forget to mention more info: are you running GNOME or KDE? Are you running linux i386 or AMD64? Are many GRAMPS dialogs open and what were you doing? Is it on starting GRAMPS or on loading a database? Is it with all databases, or only with .grdb files or a specific .grdb file, ...
