This is the "Octopus" release of GRAIL, a system to simplify designing and deploying 
sensors, analysis software, and applications for pervasive sensing systems.
Octopus separates the concerns of the sensor designed, data analyst, and 
application developer through two abstraction layers, the aggregator and the 
world model.

The Octopus system is the third iteration of software designed for the GRAIL 
system that originated at Rutgers University. This is open source software, 
see the LICENSE file for more information.
