3.3 Volt processors are becoming more common. A way is needed to set Vdd. This will also require the high low thresholds to be adjusted on the I/O pins.
As of SVN 2328 Vdd is now is symbol and can be set either from the cli or using command in the code. Changing Vdd will also affect the digital input high/low levels.
