Agust=EDn, In the version of GPSBabel+ that is on the server, there is a bug in the display of the error log. I have this fixed and will be in the next version. I can send you a copy if you like. If you are running it from the terminal, you need to format the port with "/dev/cu." + portName. No quotes. For usb, it's just "usb:".
