Instead, I'll do something else. But it's *NOT* the same thing. One way you can drop in a new binary to fix any bugs, the other you have to wait for a rebuild... I've not done a ton of GUI programming, but would like to play with glade. Is this too heavy duty to make a GTK frontend?
