Yes, there are additional terms like you must include the text of the GPL= and make it readily findable. They're listed in the license. You may find = http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html a bit more digestable. Notably, you must be prepared to offer the source of GPSBabel and any cha= nges you've made to it. As a general "playing nice with others" note, if you're using it in a commercial program, please consider helping the project with code or cash. As you probably learned when you decided to not develop your own code, developing code fo= r and supporting a few hundred GPSes isn't a trivial task. |
