Maybe you have to reset your matches once and sync again, because we switched from 32 bit to 64 bit (also to increased the memory), and this might have caused different hashcodes for the sync id
see https://sourceforge.net/p/googlesyncmod/bugs/1347/?page=2
I think I found an explanation for a number of issues that have been reported... I started having a lot of problems with the synchronization such as: the app showing that contacts were deleted that were not, contacts being duplicated, performance being slow, etc.
I had responded on one of the tickets that I noticed that my contacts had grown to over 1024, which was a suspicious number (to those with a developer background). It turns out that I think the actual "magic number" where trouble can happen is actually 1000, because I found that Google limits the number of contacts that can be created by a user to 1000 per day: look for "contacts created" on this page: https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/services/quotas. (Google likely created that limit thinking that a person should be able to reasonably be able to add 1000 new contacts a day, not realizing that 1000 or even a few 1000 would be possible via a program like GO Contact Sync Mod.... read more

if you don't configure Outlook with your default country code (the "What country/region are you in?" question pictured above) then Outlook won't save the contact number correctly.
To access this, double click on a phone number to get the pop-up above. If that doesn't appear then you need to type "Phone" into the Start Menu, select "Phone and Modem options" and then edit the one listed there as "My location".... read more
There is a time tolerance of 2 minutes to cope with time differences on Server and Client side, therefore please wait at least 2-5 minutes, before you Change an appointment or contact and resync afterwards, then the change should be reflected.
Restart the application. When the application is started in log window one of the first lines contains log file location. Example:
2020-11-05 08:21:23 | Information | Detailed log file created in directory: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\GoContactSyncMOD\
If you do not see such line it means you need to close and start application again
You get following message during syncing:
"Cannot connect to Google, please check for available internet connection and proxy settings if applicable: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
We have upgraded to the Google Calendar API to Version 3! Please install 3.9.0 Version or later to use the new Calendar sync. If you don't need Calendar sync, you can also use the Version 3.8.5 without Calendar sync, but in April 2015 you should anyway Switch to a newer Version, because the new Version is already using oAuth 2.0 and older authentication Services will be deprecated soon and not work anymore.
Maybe your Virus scanner is not uptodate or Outlook thinks it is invalid, see also the following info:
You have to assure, that programmatic access is allowed by Outlook and that your Virus status is valid in Outlook, then this warning doesn't popup.
