I'm using an external message editor and wants to have
freqs in binkley outbound without any messages. So I
configured it as this:
ATTRIBSFRQ PVT K/S
FRQOPTIONS FROMTOP, SORT, NoWazooMsg
FRQWAZOO YES
AREAFREQDIRECT YES
AREAFREQTO NETMAIL
OUTBOUNDPATH C:\MAIL\OUTBOUND
Now I'm doing the freq. I'm selecting the files and
pressing the Enter. Now an external message editor
starts and I see the message. I'm living the editor.
In any way I don't want any message (FrqOptions
NoWazooMsg). Bug: there is no freq in outbound after
this.
If I will change in the message any letter and save it
there will be the freq in outbound and the message
will be lost (as needed).
The best solution here, for my opinion, will be not to
create any message and do not allow to edit it.
Instead it will be good anough to create freq in BSO
immediately after the files selection, confirmed by
enter. Of course for the situation when both wazoo
freqs and nowazoomsg was configured.

It's just rather a feature of handling external editor files.
Why you call editor anyway? Just select Save without editing
file.

OK, so why don't to use
FRQOPTIONS FAST, FROMTOP, SORT, NoWazooMsg
(keyword is "FAST") then? ;-) If that resolve the problem
please close the bug.
If I'll change current behaviour someone may complaint that
[s]he cannot CC: FREQs.
