There are no staffs in high levels, thus leaving player to deplete his ammo and is left with default weap. Staffs should appear too, (maybe with increased damage?).

how high a level number is this? very odd...

It is lvl 306 - maybe I'm getting it wrongly and the treasures are there, but I can find no staffs tho.
The save file (gzipped) is 2megs..
