Dear DaveFX, I am the webmaster of Gooze.eu, a cryptography shop for GNU/Linux. Personally I am very fond of GnoMint, which I consider the best X.509 certificate management tool. Before GnoMint, managing certificates used to be a nightmare. Thank you very much for your hard work on GnoMint. I will try to add a link to GnoMint in our tutorial section in a few days. Many ... many ... thanks. I would love to see more options to be able to transfer certificates to smart cards. If you are interested, we donate about 20 Feitian PKI cards to Free software developers. If you apply, I would be grad to send you a free card. OpenSC has nice features to transfer X.509 certificates to smart cards. It should not be hard, I can help you with the needed commands. I know you are working hard on GnoMint and you may not have time to consider new features. Anyway, I would be glad a offer you a free card just to thank you for your work. If you are interested, apply for a free card here: http://www.gooze.eu/products/feitian-pki-free-software-developer-card If you need to contact me directly, you can also use the contact webform on our forum. Kindest regards, and good work on your thesis, François Pérou http://www.gooze.eu |
