I can sort out all of the other things apart from the automake stuff. I started GnomeBaker a couple of years ago (when 1.4 was the latest I think) and anjuta automatically created the project for me. Since then I've managed to develop GB without having to know anything about automake. Seems it has finally caught up with me ;-) I'll start reading up.
